VedBots provides an AI-powered chatbot platform allowing users to create, train, and deploy custom chatbots for their websites and applications.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

5. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant VedBots a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VedBots, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
