4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed via PayPal. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge all subscription fees to your chosen payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
5. Use of AI and Content
Our Service utilizes Google Gemini AI models. You are responsible for the content you provide to train your chatbots. You must not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities, including producing hate speech, harassment, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VedBots be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
